Platinum

Platinum Suited For

The platinum level coaching package is the pro level program delivered by coach Fenz. This is the full all whistles and bells level of service that gets the full attention of the coach behind World and National Champions across all disciplines.

No stone gets left unturned in the process of optimising performance. If you’re looking for the best then this is it, of your looking to be the very best athlete you can be and unlocking your true potential then this is the level of service you need. Coach Fenz will set up an initial call to discuss your training questionnaire and to get a better understanding of your cycling skills and ability and will then personally write your schedule using the Training Peaks system.

The platinum program comes with client calls when needed to discuss the program and anything related to training and racing. Coach Fenz will also provide a report through Training Peaks every month to outline the discussion points of the calls and to review any data or performance measures over that time period. Advice on all manner of cycling related performance can be drawn upon to elicit optimal performance gains for the athlete. The platinum program athletes will also receive daily review by the coach Fenz with status reports replies and with alterations to the schedule whenever needed.

Gold

Gold Suited For

The gold level coaching package moves into a near pro level of support to give the athlete more communication and data analysis than the silver level. The program is designed specifically to suit your goals and time availability. Your FTP Training coach will set up an initial 20-30 minute call to discuss your training questionnaire and to get a better understanding of your cycling skills and ability and then write your schedule using the Training Peaks system. The program can be written for Power, Heart Rate or Rate of Perceived Effort and will be written to optimise performance through scientifically structured increases in intensity and duration.

The gold program package comes with a 20 minute client initiated call every week to discuss the program and anything related to training and racing. The FTP Training coach will also provide a report through Training Peaks every month to outline the discussion points of the calls and to review any data or performance measures over that time period. Advice on all manner of cycling related performance can be drawn upon to elite optimal performance gains for the athlete. The gold program athletes will also receive a twice weekly review by the coach of status reports replies and with alterations to the schedule if needed.

This level of service comes from our senior coaches and with the addition more regular coach interaction, data analysis and feedback.

The silver level coaching package steps up again from the bronze plus to give the athlete more communication and data analysis. The program is designed specifically to suit your goals and time availability. Your FTP Training coach will set up an initial 20-30 minute call to discuss your training questionnaire and to get a better understanding of your cycling skills and ability and then write your schedule using the Training Peaks system. Your FTP Training coach will set up an initial 20-30 minute call to discuss your training questionnaire and to get a better understanding of your cycling skills and ability and then write your schedule using the Training Peaks system. The program can be written for Power, Heart Rate or Rate of Perceived Effort and will be written to optimise performance through scientifically structured increases in intensity and duration.

The bronze program package comes with limited coach interaction or feedback, but, does provide a report through Training Peaks every 3 months and a monthly review by the coach of status reports without replies, but, with alterations to the schedule if needed.
