Create your account: www.todaysplan.com.au then click log in > sign up for free < fill in your details and create your account. For coaching services you will need to pay for a Today’s Plan analytics service. To pay, click on the drop down below your name, select ‘my services’ then select ‘pay now’ on the drop down beside either the monthly or yearly analytics product. You will need to make the payment within 14 days of setting up your Today’s Plan account.
Click on the drop down menu under your name on the top right of the screen, select ‘my preferences‘
Set the information for each of these tabs. The really important ones are; ‘my profile‘ (weight), ‘Power‘ (enable Power if you have a Power Meter and set your threshold Power & CTL as they are today), ‘Heart Rate‘ (set your values), ‘Coach‘ this will allow you to select if you want to receive daily or weekly session reminders and what you will be doing on the next day’s session.
Click ‘save‘ once you have made changes on each tab – now click the ‘Log a Ride‘ tab on the green menu bar. There is a blue box that says “Want to upload multiple files at the same time“.
You can upload directly from your Garmin or Magellan device – click the ‘find out how’ button on this blue box. This takes you to the instructions & download for the Today’s Plan device agent. Please follow the instructions and install the device agent as you need to firstly download all the files on your current cycling computer and then once you have done this you can import your old ride files from Training Peaks. When doing this make sure you know the last date of the uploaded files from your cycling computer to avoid doubling up of sessions. You are also able to download your upcoming workouts to your Garmin to follow out on the road or trails.
